?Chapter 13?

Cristine’s Pov:

I drove into the duplex…..

The security man let me in quickly!

Of course he knows me cos I spent the night there.

I hurriedly headed straight into the house.

My heart skipped a beat as I walked upstairs.

The house was so quiet.

I knocked on his door but there was no reply!

That alone send chilled goosebumps down my spine.

Oh God!

I just hope he’s safe….

I gently opened the door!

My eyes widened in shock as I saw him shivering on the bed.

I quickly rushed to him.

“Andy are you OK?” I cried out

He could even talk….

Good heavens…!!

His temperature was so hot.

He has high fever….

I quickly stood up

“What do I do now? I really need to calm his fever?” I thought as I rushed off straight to the kitchen.

Few minutes later….

I came back into the room with a bowl of cold water with an ice inside.

Together with a towel.

“Don’t worry Andy! You’ll be fine” I assured him.

I dipped the towel into the water and gently squeezed the water off.

I used the towel to clean his hot body thoroughly.

I did that for about thirty minutes.

I missed some part… ???

Actually I drooled over his manly muscles.

You know Andrew is very handsome I must confess…

I know I said men are so useless!

I don’t think Andy is one of them.

I opened my handbag and brought out of it some medicine.

I bought from a pharmacy on my way here.

I hurried off to the kitchen and came back with a glass of water.

“Uhmm… Andy you have to sit up so that you can take your medicine” I said as he groaned in pain struggling to sit up.

“Heii… Don’t stress yourself! I’ll help you” I said as I gave him a hand.

But he was too heavy so I fell on top of him and we bursted laughter.

“I wonder who has more power between both of us” He teased

I quickly pinched his hand naughtily.

“Oh shut up! You’re sick right?” I said as he smiled.

Finally, I got him up after a lot of struggle.

I quickly picked up the pills and put them into his mouth before giving him the water.

He gulped it down

“Thank you so much Crisy” He winked at me and I chuckled.

“You still have the strength to be silly huh?” I rolled my eyes.

15 minutes later….

He already fell asleep…

Actually the pills contained some sleeping pills.

I heaved a sigh of relief.

It’s a good thing he slept off already

I used my fist to touch his neck…. I smiled

His body temperature was back to normal.

I stared at him for sometime.

I pouted my mouth and smiles escaped my lips.

He looks handsome while asleep.

I gradually pecked his forehead.

I giggled as I walked away with the bowl.

KITCHEN…. ? ???

I stared around the kitchen in disgust.

Gosh!

How does he cope here?

The kitchen was so unkempt.

With dirty plates all over the sink.

“Eww….” I exclaimed in disgust.

That cute guy is such a pig.

I chuckled ☺☺

I started the work ???

I had the plates washed thoroughly.

And I cleaned the kitchen too including the slab.

I prepared some pasta too.

Phew…..

This is really such a hectic work… ??

Andrew’s Pov:

I slowly opened my weak eyes….

I saw someone sitting close to me smiling… My vision was blurry.

“Cristine?” I called as she smiled broadly.

I saw the hot pasta on the stool.

My mouth watered.

And my cheeks curved to a smile.

“Wakie! Wakie!! You need to eat” She said as I smiled.

I quickly held her wrist.

“Thank you so much for being there for me” I said as she nodded.

“It’s nothing” She said

Just then, the door bell rang aloud.

“Expecting anyone?” She asked as I shook my head in disagreement.

“Nope” I said

“I’ll get the door” She said as she walked out.

Cristine’s Pov:

I walked out of the room to get the door.

Am glad he’s getting better….

I thought within me and smiles.

I quickly opened the door.

It was a lady….

A beautiful young lady dressed beautifully but indecently.

She chewed her bubble gum and blew it noisily to my face.

“WHO ARE YOU?” We chorused in unison….
