Cristine’s Pov:

Everyone turned around….

To my greatest surprise,,, it was the lady I saw in the picture kissing and romancing Andy.

Andy stared at her gobsmacked.

“Sylvia?” He called out of surprise

I was puzzled

So the picture is actually true….

It’s obvious Andy knows her and even her name too.

“What’s going on here? Who is she?” I asked as I brought out the picture.

Andy’s jaw dropped in shock as he saw the picture.

“That’s your mistress right?” I burst into tears.

“Please listen to me Cristine! You have to believe I have absolutely nothing to do with her,,, she’s just my secretary and…” Andrew said as I quickly cut in.

“Oh please just shut up… Enough of your lies” I cried out.

“You have to believe him miss” The lady’s voice echoed.

I gulped and everyone became quite.

I can’t believe all these are happening on my wedding day.

“What are you talking about?” I asked her

“The truth is he was drunk and I set him up” She said as the crowd screamed.

I was shocked.

Andy too was also shocked….

Words refused to come out of my mouth.

“Set him up? But why?” I managed to ask.

“It was one Miss Sofie and her accomplice that paid me to set him up in order to stop this wedding from happening” She confessed.

I gasped in shock.

“How could you Sylvia?” Andy cried out

“Yes…. They refused to complete my payment that’s why I showed up here… Please forgive me sir” She begged on her knees.

Andrew’s Pov:

Everyone was still screaming in surprise.

Cristine burst into tears as I hugged her tightly.

“Let’s continue the wedding” I said as Cristine nodded.

But then,,,, we heard lots of noise from outside.

The door was swung open forcefully.

Sofie walked in with a gun with some group of guys.

She looked so serious and mean.

Everyone shivered in pain as she shot the gun into the air.

I held Cristine closely to me.

She was shaking in fear.

Sofie laughed hysterically as she pointed the gun on Sylvia.

“You betrayer… You think you’re gonna go scold free right?” She snorted

“You are the real betrayer… You didn’t keep to your own part of the deal besides my boss’s wife to be is a nice person and I wonder why you want her dead” Sylvia said fearlessly

“You bi+ch… We will meet in heel” She said as she shot the gun at Sylvia.

Fear gripped everyone.

She shot Sylvia twice and blood gushed out of Sylvia’s body.

I was so scared…

I can’t believe Sofie is this horrible

She cat walked and walked closer to me and Cristine.

Cristine who was lying flat on the ground covered her face in fear.

Holding my hands tight.

Sofie smirked and kicked my leg.

“You are mine Andy!” She groaned

“Am not Sofie… We are long separated” I said summoning courage.

She burst into laughter and that got us scared the more

“Oh shut up!” She screamed aloud

Cristine gulped nervously.

I was shaking in fear as well.

“Everyone this wedding is never going to happen” Sofie yelled and laughed again.

One of the men with her walked to us.

They dragged Cristine away from me and I struggled to take her.

But they shot my arm and I lost balance and fell on my knees.

Blood gushed out of my wounded arm.

“You can continue your wedding” Sofie said as they dragged wailing Cristine along.

We couldn’t help….

I was bleeding profusely.

They dragged Cristine away and immediately the drove off,,, the police arrived.

“They are fvcking late” I cried in pain.

The ambulance arrived too.

Cristine’s Pov:

I wailed uncontrollably as they pushed me into the car.

“Please let me go!” I cried bitterly

“Oh shut up! It’s all your fault that Andy left me you hoer” Sofie shouted at me landing a dirty slap on my cheeks.

“I didn’t do anything wrong” I wailed.

Sofie freaked out in so much annoyance.

“You know what? This lady’s crocodile tears is beginning to piss me off…” Sofie said in anger.

“Please leave me alone! I didn’t wrong you… Today is supposed to be my wedding not my abduction day” I cried out.

Sofie groaned in anger.

“That’s an error… Not abduction day but your death day…” She grinned mischievously

Fear gripped me as one of the men kissed his gun.

“Guys do the needful” She ordered

Before I could say a word,,,, they already placed a white napkin on my nose and I passed out.

Andrew’s Pov:

I groaned in pain as the doctor had a bandage tied on my arm.

Thank goodness! The bullet was out of my arm…. But it hurts so badly.

“Inspector you have to find my wife… I can’t bear this” I screamed

“Calm down Mr Andrew… My men are all over the place,,,,, the bus stop! Parks… Everywhere! She will be fine” He assured me.

That was when I thought of Sylvia.

She was rushed to the hospital too.

“How is the patient shot too?” I inquired

“She’s in a critical condition and in a coma at the moment,,, she has barely 50% chances of survival” The doctor said

I breathed heavily…

In as much as she’s a betrayer,,, I wouldn’t want her dead.

Oh God!

Please help them find my bride ?

I prayed silently within me

Cristine’s Pov:

I gradually opened my very weak eyes….

The whole place was so dark and I got scared.

“Where am I?” I thought as I quickly sprang up.

That was when I remembered that I was kidnapped and that am still on my wedding dress.

Tears welled down my chubby cheeks.

“Somebody help!” I shouted with my worn-out voice.

Crying already made me lost my voice.

My legs and hands were chained to the bed.

“Please help me! I cried again.

Suddenly the light turned on and I saw someone in front of me and I shivered in fear.

My jaw dropped. ….
