Dani’s Pov:

I saw Cristine run out of the mall in tears

I became surprised and confused as I stared around before rushing out with her.

She ran to the car still crying.

“D–n bast*rd” She cried as she hit her hand on the car.

I walked closer to her still very much confused.

“What happened?” I asked anxiously

“Dani let’s just go home please” She said as she sniffed hard.

My eyes widened in shock.

“What? I thought you said you were having fun?” I snapped

She gulped as wiped her tears off.

“Yeah! But I don’t want to be here anymore” She said already entering.

What kind of weirdo is she?

“Crisy why are you crying?”I asked eagerly

“Let’s go Daniella!” She said with finality in the tone of her voice.

I scoffed as I shook my head in disbelief.

I turned around and saw two people come out of the mall.

They were holding hands.

It was a familiar handsome guy and a beautiful lady.

Cristine was staring at them in tears.

Does this mean she’s jealous?

“Daniella let’s leave else I’ll drive off and leave you here” Cristine’s voice smacked me back into consciousness.

“OK! Ok” I said as I quickly hopped into the car and she speeded off.

We didn’t have any conversation.

But Cristine didn’t stop sulking and she refused to talk.

Andrew’s Pov:

I sighted Cristine’s car drive out of the mall.

I wanted to approach her but she already speeded off.

“Andy! What are you still doing there? What are you starring at bro?” Zoe’s voice brought me back to consciousness.

I forced a smile at her.

“I think I just saw someone but she left already” I said as Zoe rolled her eyes.

You wanna know who Zoe is right?

Well Zoe is just my cousin and am treating her because it’s her birthday.

She’s such a stubborn girl… I must say ?

For the past few days, I’ve really felt so bad about what Cristine said to me.

I just want my mind off some things.

But I couldn’t get Cristine off my mind.

I got into my car still staring to see if I could see her.

I drove off with Zoe.

“One more treat Andy” Zoe said as I exhaled deeply.

“Whatever Zoe! Whatever” I shook my head as she laughed hysterically.

Cristine’s Pov:

I walked into my lonely crib (duplex) still in tears.

Daniella already left so am all alone.

I sat heavily on the couch.

I don’t really know why am crying?

Do I love Andrew?

Hell no…..

That’s not possible… Love is not my kinda thing!

He’s such a jerk!

He has a wife…. I said it!

And he’s been pretending not to have a wife.

Men… ?

They are all the same!

I shook my head as I continued sulking.

“So unfair!” I screamed as I threw the couch pillow away in annoyance

My cell phone suddenly rang aloud.

I picked it up….

It was Daniella.

I gulped as I mopped my face with a handkerchief.

I cleared my throat noisily before picking the call.

?Best… Are you sure you’re OK? That was Dani’s voice

?Yes Best! Am very fine…. I just need sometime alone…. I said

?Is this about him? Tell me girlfriend do you like him?…. Daniella asked as I gasped

?Like who?…. I said pretentiously

Daniella exhaled slowly.

?You know who… she said

?Good night best… I said sharply

?But you haven’t given me an answer…. She yelled

?Sweet dreams bestie! I said as I hung up sharply.

I sniffed as I picked up my already removed shoe and walked upstairs.

Am I being jealous?

But why?

I kept pondering within me.

I was seated at my office busy with some office files as usual.

I’ve always been a busy bee.

There was a slight knock on my door.

“Come in” I said with my eyes fixed on the files and my eyeglass that I was putting on.

It was my secretary Phina.

“Good day ma’am! Someone is here to see you” She said as I rolled my eyes.

“I don’t think I have an appointment with anyone” I said

“Yes ma’am! But he insisted on seeing you” She said

I stopped and stared at her for a while before looking away.

“So it’s a “He” huh?” I asked

“Yes ma’am” Phina said

“Let him in” I said as she walked out of the office.

“I guess it’s Mr Wong!” I thought

Just then, my door swing open and to my greatest surprise, he walked in.

It was Andrew.

My eyes popped out of it’s socket in shock…

“What are you doing here? Go back to your girlfriend!” I screamed crazily….
