Silence
“Look, twenty million is too little to sell 20% of shares and now ten million?
“one hour fifty-five minutes remaining ”
“I’ve changed my mind. I’ve decided not to sell”
“good, cause I’ve also changed my mind. Instead of giving those photos to your wife, I will leak them to the media. I’m sure you would like that. You like the spotlight. Just imagine the headline; THE SON IN-LAW OF THE BUSINESS TYCOON TURNS OUT TO BE GAY. How sweet”
“Who do you think you are?
“Your partner”
“Okay I will sell for ten million.
After the business had been done, Toby spoke
“This isn’t over”
“No, Mr Toby, it is. Goodbye and nice doing business with you”
“Wish I could say the same”
Pedro and Tiara left.

The arrivals just landed from Switzerland and have checked in with immigrations. The Port-Harcourt airport was crowded with arrivals who landed from different countries of the world and among them was Elizabeth Michaels who has checked in with immigrations and was on her way out of the airport where she was greeted by Tiara and Pedro.
“It’s so good to see you, Tia,” Tiara smiled as she pecked her and Pedro, she continued “Tiara, you know I would have loved to hug you”
“It’s okay, Liza. How was your flight?
“You know I hate heights but I managed. I got your message and I came as soon as I could”
“When I shipped you off to Switzerland, it was for your own protection”
“I know. You didn’t want me to witness any of your revenge mission”
“Yes but now I need your help. I wouldn’t have asked if it weren’t serious,Liza. Fiona has backed out”.
“Backed out?, how?
“She got pregnant for Joshua. Remember Joshua? “Paul’s son”
“Yeah”
“I’ll help you”
“Liza, you don’t have to”
” I have to make up for what I did to dad”.

Robert sat in his office, reviewing files that needed his signature. He had forgotten completely about Paul, he had forgotten about what he had done to d!ckson four years ago with not a slightest idea that The Michaels’ especially Tiara Michaels thought of him everytime and imagined what his downfall would look like.
Robert, a fat man or one would describe him as round with a big stomach, a dark man, one would say he has the face of a horse, sat looking lost in whatever file he was reading didn’t hear his most trusted aide who he took like a son, come in and sat opposite him.
“Sir”, Steve called
“Steve, how are you? what do you have for me?”
“I don’t know if you would consider this a good or bad news”
“Speak ”
” Nwosu sold his shares ”
“Toby”
“Yes”
” To whom?”
” We don’t know yet”
“Until we know who the shares were sold to,we consider it a bad news. Someone doesn’t’ just sell 20% of shares. Find out everything we need to know on the owner.”
“We’ll need a private investigator”
“Do you have anyone in mind?”
“Yes”
“Who”
“Pedro”.

“Well,bring him in”,Robert said
“Yes Sir”

Pedro, Tiara and Liza had just gotten home and didn’t find Fiona in—but Tiara never told Fiona that Liza would be coming back,the fact is that Fiona and Tiara had been avoiding each other lately.
“Tia,when would you like us to start?”,Liza asked breaking the silence
“Liza,you need to rest a while. You just got back”
“Okay. When is Fiona coming back?”
“We haven’t seen much of each other lately and she comes back pretty late”
“Guess she’s ashamed”
“Hmmm”
“I think I….”
It was Pedro’s phone that interrupted her. Pedro excused himself and went out to answer the call as Liza continued.
“I think I’ll wait for her this night”
“Hmmm”
Pedro came back, “I’ll have to leave, Tiara”
She did what she was good at,hiding her feelings-she hid her disappointment as Pedro announced his leave.
“Okay. Will you come back?”,she tried to ask casually
“Do you want me to?”
“Pedro, if you wish”
He smiled “Hmmm. Bye”,he began walking towards the door when Tiara said
“You didn’t answer my question”,he stopped and turned
“Yep because you didn’t give me an answer so bye”
“I would like to see you later….. for business of course”
“As you wish,boss”,he smiled and left

Liza cleared her throat
“Tiara…..”
“Liza”
“He seems like a nice guy and he seems like he lov….”,she stopped herself”…..likes you”,she tried to change her last word
“How old are you again?”
“Seventeen”
“Almost seventeen and what do you know about boys and love?”
“I said like”
“What do you know about that either?”
“Nothing… absolutely nothing. Sorry”
“Good”
“You said something about dad telling you the person responsible for killing him”
“Yes”,Tiara answered after some seconds
“Who killed him?”
