Episode 12

For some reason Michael still couldn’t believe Jessie could do that but he waved it off though. Michael had lots of meetings that day which meant more work for Jessica. They both worked till late 9pm so he offered her a ride home. On their way home Jessie dozed off as she was so exhausted, Michael looked at her and smiled. When he arrived at her house he opened the door but her belt was stuck. He tried to get it out which made their faces come closer. Their lips were close and the moment was right. Michael came close enough to kiss her but suddenly stopped. He finally got the belt out and bade her good bye while she wished him a good night rest. On his way home, Michael thought about what it would have seemed like if he kissed miss Brown but he chose to left side the issue.

Jessica narrated everything to tiffany and tiff told her that maybe it was because she wasn’t comfortable with having her around Michael. It seemed she was jealous or something. “Jealous?” Jessie asked. “She was looking sophisticated and very pretty too so why would she be jealous of me” Jessie said. Tiffany had no answer to that. Tiffany had started a relationship with Zack.

They were such a lovely couple and Jessie often teased her at times about being on call with him at every moment. She told Zack about what Jessie told her and he was really surprised at hearing that because he overheard Jessie apologise to Tasha even though he didn’t know what exactly she apologised about. That meant she wasn’t being rude to Tasha. He chose not to tell Michael so they both decided to find out what she was up to.

Michael got a call saying he was invited as one of the nominees for best business man of the year at Lagos state. He decided to bring Jessie along as he really wanted to know her more. The next day at work,he told miss Brown about the trip and lied to her that it was mandatory for secretaries to be there with their boss. They were to embark on the trip the next day.
