I guess Felicia quickly came to her senses and got off the bed and stretched out her hand to Tosin for a handshake.

“Hi, nice to meet you”. Felicia smiled awkwardly.

” same here”, Tosin replied. the handshake was very brief “why don’t you wanna join us in the living room now, are you that shy?”

“hmm I guess so, but I will try to come out later”. Felicia said, still smiling.

” okay then, I’m holding on to your words oo” Tosin was such a good sport, always smiling, she turned around to leave the room and I followed.

“bye Felicia!” I waved and smiled mischievously at Felicia.

when we got back to the living room, the guys were talking in a low voice but stooped once we were there. Bayo and I hadn’t spoken since the incident out at the veranda, but I needed a smoke badly so I went to him.

“Bayo, you got cigarette?” he looked up at me and answered.

“yea, in my room. come take it”. he got up as I followed him to the room. I stood in the doorway and waited for him to bring it to me.

” babe, come in now, I wanna talk to you”, Bayo spoke softly.

I obliged and shut the door behind me. he came to me, standing so closely in front of me and places his hands on my waist.

“Diana, I’m sorry about what happens outside, didn’t mean to offend you. I knew about everything- you and peter but I was just acting dumb. I’m sorry”. he sounded fairly sincere
