“Who the heck did this to me” I asked myself after standing up from the floor

“Hey, new lady” someone called my attention behind me – it was one annoying dude staring plainly at me

I decided to ignore that guy – later I found out that hid name was Steve, he seems to be popular with trouble.

“Good morning sir!!” We screamed in unison to our teacher, he was teaching geography.

As always, geography was boring, I was just busy biting off my pen.

“Hey beautiful” someone called my attention.

“Hi” I replied after turning backwards – it was a girl. Finally I’m talking to a girl, almost all the guys are troublesome in this school, it was below my expectations.

“My name is Deborah” she continued and stretched her hand for an handshake.

“I’m Wonder” I replied and received the handshake.

“Pleased to meet you” this girl seem to know English Wella, making she’s from England, cos her body just white like tomorrow no dey.

“I know some boys would have been troubling you since you came in. That is how they behave to new comers” Deborah complimented.

“Ohh I see, no wonder they have bent heads”.

“Lolz, you seem to have a sense of humor” Deborah replied.

“Deborah and Wonder stand up!!” The geography teacher commanded.

Ohh shit!! I didn’t realize we are still in the class. I just hope this teacher is not troublesome.

“What are you guys discussing that is more important than my class?”the teacher asked.

“Sir, the truth is that, this class is boring” I confessed, not knowing when I said that.

Oops I think I’m in trouble. Suddenly a guy entered with swollen eyes, he seems to be crying.

“Hey JJC” someone joked at the boy and the class bursted into laughter.????

“Why are they making jest of that boy?” I whispered to Deborah. ???

“That’s Johnbull, aka infinite wahala” Deborah replied “he can trouble for Africa” she continued.

Ehhen, so it means all the boys ar cursed in this school then.

Johnbull POV ?

Ahhh!! I’ve never been flogged like this before, my back was scorching with pains. ????

That particular day my mom flogged me, she used all the things her hands could reach.

It seems she has been waiting for that day.

That particular day, I found myself in the hospital, my neighbor told me that I passed out hours after the beating.

I arrived school late due to me waking up late.

I wanted to do something, buh I remembered my mother’s cane, so I decided to ignore him.

“Johnbull why are you late?” The geography teacher asked me.

“I’m sorry sir, I woke up late”.

“Hmm you seem to be a changed boy, are you okay?” He asked again.

“Pele, born again, old things have passed away in Johnbull’s life oo” Mike joked again.

I didn’t wait for another consolation message, I sporadically hit Mike on the face – who do he think he is?.

“Johnbull, what have you done?” The teacher asked – the whole class was already divided.

I didn’t realize what I’ve done until someone said, “Johnbull have someone oo” ????.
