Things get intense after that Fake publicity about Linda, Reporters do all they can to get an interview with Linda, they even bombard Tony’s house to have a one one one with Linda, Getting tired of all this nonsense, Tony decides to talk to the press instead.

Reporter 1 Sir, Are the alleged statement true about you wife?

Reporter 2 Is this true that’s she’s a prostitute?

Tony There is no comment….leave my property at once…..

Despite that, the stubborn reporters still stayed at the front of his houses.. Cecilia who was even annoyed by this called the police on them and rest assured the police did their jobs scattering the reporters like chickens.

Cecilia came outside and watched everything that was going on, laughing to her satisfaction.

Reporter 1 This is inhumane… Haven’t you heard of freedom of the press?

Cecilia I have but this is Nigeria not American and have you hear of public nuisance and trespass of property? That’s what you bastards did.. So better leave now else, You all will be facing a major time in court.

After that, The reporters left and went their way, Meanwhile Linda who is the victim of all this, decides she won’t be intimidated by Funke’s antics, despite the heat gathering around her, she resumes her charity work, Tony disapproves and tells her to stay at home until everything calms down but Linda insists on going back to work.

Tony Linda… You need to lay low for a while, at least until everything is over..

Linda Stay at home and do what? I won’t let Funke intimidate me.. No! Besides if I hide, people will believe about what Funke is talking about, I need to go out there, do my work to let them know, some cheap publicity won’t hold me down.

Seeing the logic behind Linda’s statement, Tony then allows her to continue going to work but despite all that, Funke still added more fuel to the Burning fire around Linda, and it is because of that Tony calls a meeting to his house to discuss about what to do about Funke.

Later that evening, Everyone gathers in Tony’s house to bring a solution to the Funke problem, among those that attended the meeting was Hermione, Faruk, Cecilia, Regina, and Linda herself.

Tony Welcome here everyone, as you all know, I’ve called you here to tackle this situation that Linda is in.. That SL*t Funke has gone too far and I can’t take this anymore… She needs to be deal with.

All the tables will turn on Funke.

Hermione That’s the spirit, I’ll get everything ready and by tomorrow, we’ll start the interview.

After that, everyone disperses and goes to their homes leaving Tony and Linda alone in the room. Tony who was still troubled by this, goes to Linda’s place cuddling her close to him as he tries to talk her out of going to the interview.

Tony Babe, are you sure you want to go through this? This might be a bad idea.

Linda Tony, I’m worried as well but I’m tired of this… The first time this happened when we’re separated and now this is the second one.. I don’t want people to be using my past like some kind of entertainment. If I don’t do this now somebody will still do this in future and it could affect our lives.. It’s better I face this now and end it all.

Tony sighs and looks worried, Linda seeing how troubled he is, consoles him, she kisses him softly on the lips for a while, assuring everything is going to be alright.

Tony picks up Linda in his hands and carries her upstairs to their bed, on their way there, they share a passionate kiss until they reach the bedroom, Tony drops Linda on the bed covering her with a soft blanket. As he was about to join her in bed, he gets a call from Faruk, he excuses himself and goes out of the room to answer the call.
