Mr Nwachukwu: “Here we are. Am afraid i will have to drop you guys here. David, i think Queen hostel is not far from here right?”

David: “Yes uncle….her place is probably 10 to 15 minutes walk from my hostel. Not to worry Uncle, i will walk her home. Thanks a lot for the ride, and thanks for everything too”

Queen: “Thank you very much sir. I don’t know what i would have done without you. God bless you sir”

Mr Nwachukwu: “Alright my dear. You are blessed too. Take care and have a nice day, bye”

David: “Bye Uncle”

Queen: “Bye sir”
(We both alighted from his vehicle and waved him good bye)

David: “So sister Queen, let me walk you home. Shall we?”

Queen: “But we just got here, why not you go home, not to worry, i can find my way home”

David: “Don’t be silly sister Queen….i insist, come on let me walk you home”

Queen: (I really needed his company, i was scared of going home alone even though i had to put up an act that i was fine)….”Alright then if you insist. Let get going”

David: “I insist sister Queen”

Queen: “Fine then)

David: “Here we are, home at last”

Queen: “Yes sir….oh sorry i mean Bro David.(*Smiling
)….Finally am home. Its all thanks to you from the start”

David: “Its not me please, its the Lord doing….You see, whoever trust in Man will be disappointed but whoever trust and hope in God will never be disappointed….Moral lesson; Trust in the Lord in any given situation we find ourselves”

Queen: “Its true bro David. God is really a great God, He is always there to assist his children…i can’t stop thanking him enough”

David: “True talk my sister….Alright i guess i will have to take my leave now. Hope you will attend today’s fellowship?”

Queen: “Why not!!! I wouldn’t want to miss it in the world. I will definitely be there by the grace of God”

David: “Alright then….see you later. Bye”

Queen: “Bye”
(I waved back at him)
…..Home sweet home, i never imagine that my case will be settled amicably, now i can have rest of mind, study and do well in my studies. Dear Lord, who is like you, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Alpha and Omega, blessed be thy holy name. Thank you Jesus, i acknowledge you for who you are, for what you are in my life….Blessed be thy holy name. Thank you Lord. Lord, i promise to dedicate my service to you, worship you in truth and spirit, obey your laws and commands and above all, serve you till the end of days…..

(My phone rang, it was Bro David calling my line, i hurriedly pick my call and the following conversation ensued)

Queen: “Bro David…good evening”

David: “Good evening dear….how are you?”

Queen: “Am fine and you”

David: “Very well….listen Queen, i want to tell you something very urgent”

Queen: “Alright….am all ears”

David: “Okay….Mr Nwachukwu, my uncle, the senior lecturer here in this school called me not quite long and asked me to relay this message to you”

Queen: “Message….. Which message?”

David: “He says that the White Angels issues had been reported to the school Authorities, you know the Vice-Chancellor told the Disciplinary Committee of this school, they are also senior lecturers as well. The matter will be judged behind closed door and your presence is needed. The white Angels members will be released tomorrow, so they will need you to testify against them before rusticating them. Hope you understand my point?”

Queen: “I understand you but while must they involve me. I mean i thought the school authorities will take care of the matter, why involve me now, why me! Please can’t you make all this go away. I am from a poor family and i have no one to fight for me”

David: “Don’t worry sister Queen…besides you only have to testify, simple as that. Look, nothing will ever happen to you, am always with us. Cheer up, and remember you have a big God by your side”

Queen: “Okay bro David! So when will i testify against them?”

David: “Tomorrow morning….i think 10 or 11am. I will come and pick you up tomorrow morning. Take care and have a nice day”

Queen: “You too bro David. Tomorrow by His Grace, bye”

David: “Bye”

Oh father lord, must i have to appear before the Disciplinary Committee. What will i say to them, i have never been in this situation before. I don’t ever want to see them(White Angels) again, i don’t want anything to do with them again. Now i will have to face Tonia again, someone that i completely trust until now, oh lord, please be with me tomorrow, i hope tomorrow will be the last and then everything can go back to being normal….Oh lord, please help your daughter, its all i ask of you!
