== 3 Months Later ==

(Queen was alone in her room, it was almost 5:15pm, she decided to call Aunty Grace, her madam before heading out for School fellowship)

Queen: “Good evening Aunty Grace…how is everything ma?”

Aunty Grace: “Good evening my dear, everything is fine. How are you and how is studies over there?”

Queen: “Studies is going on well. As a matter of fact, we have started school exam and i will be through by next week”

Aunty Grace: “That is good to hear. Please study hard and make me proud okay”

Queen: “I will ma”….I said smiling….”erm Aunty, least i forget, i was thinking that if i am through with exams, maybe i could spend the holidays with you and assist you in the boutique”

Aunty Grace: “Do you think that is a good idea? Don’t you want to spend your holiday with your parent?”

Queen: “I will but just for a few days. Then i will come over and assist you as well”
Aunty Grace: “Okay….if that is want you want, i wont stop you”

Queen: “Its what i want Ma, you have done a lot for me and i don’t know how to repay you other than to help and assist with your business. And moreover, your children are like my family too. So Aunty, its what i want”

Aunty Grace: “Alright…i have heard you then, i will be expecting you. Read well and pass your exams o okay”

Queen: “Yes Aunty, i will…greet Amara for me o, bye Aunty”

Aunty Grace: “Bye dear. Take care”
…..Aunty Grace is such a nice woman, she is like a mother to me, she was there for me when no one was, she brought joy and smiles into my life, i pray that she will live to enjoy the fruit of her labors. I have to start preparing for fellowship or i will be late. I hurriedly prepared and headed out for fellowship

= Almost 2hours later =
(Fellowship had ended and Queen was trying to speak with Bro David who had been ignoring her for months now)

Queen: “Bro David, its really unfair how you always treat me. You seldom talk to me, pick my calls or ask after me. And yet you claim to be a child of God! Its really unfair bro David, its unfair o”

Bro David: “Sister Queen, i don’t know what gives you the impression that i have been ignoring you. After all we do greet each other and pray together. So what are you trying to insinuate now”

Queen: “I know we do greet, i am not denying the fact but i am just worried that the friendship is no longer safe…if i have offended you, please forgive me” I said, joining my two palms together

Bro David: “Why are you pleading with me, you did not offend me. Please stop it, i have no issue with you at all”

Queen: “You have…ever since i did not testify against Tonia, that was the day you stopped talking to me. I am very sorry for betraying your trust in me, please forgive me. If not, i don’t mind going down on my knees” I said, trying to get down on my knees although it was just a pretense so that i could get his attention. Quickly he held my right hand and begged me not to go down on my knees

Bro David: “Please Sister Queen, don’t do that. Who am i that you should go down on your knees and beg me”

Queen: “Not until you forgive me”

Bro David: “Is that what you want? Forgiveness?”

Queen: “Yes….Forgiveness from you”

Bro David: “Very well then….i forgive you, are you happy now?”

Queen: “Yes…thanks a lot” I said, giving him a hug

Bro David: “Alright then. Fellowship has ended, i have to be on my way now”

Queen: “Okay. See you later. Bye”

Bro David: “Yea…bye”

…..Finally, i have made peace with bro david, i hope things pans out well from now on. He is such a nice person and keeping malice with him is not worthy of me. Thank God we have finally set aside our differences and thing can now go back to being normal…..

Aunty Grace: “Welcome my dear, how are you and everyone at the village?”

Queen: “They are all fine ma…in fact they extend their greetings to you”

Aunty Grace: “Good…i hope the journey was not too stressful?”

Queen: “Not at all ma”

Aunty Grace: “Okay. You must be really tired now. Amara is in her room. Quickly drop your luggage in her room, freshen up and come and have your meal on the dinner table okay”

Queen: “Okay Aunty…thanks a lot ma”

Aunty Grace: “Alright dear…hurry up”

Queen: “Yes ma”

I quickly dashed into Amara room, hoping that she would be happy to see me but what i got wasn’t what i expected from her….

Queen: “Hi Amara…how are you? Longest time?”

Amara: “Welcome o Student Queen”

Queen: “Amara….is everything alright?”

Amara: “Everything is not alright. Why did you come here, must you come here”

Queen: “But, but, i, i thought that…”

Amara: “Thought what, thought what na….please move out let me find my way jaree. Mtchew” She left without saying another word

Queen: “Ah ah….see me see trouble o. What wrong have i done to her or did i do wrong by coming here. I hope i don’t get into any problem with her because that would be the last thing on my mind”…..
