“flames we dey go stream today” captain said as i strolled out to the backyard.

“when you come back” Joe asked. I yawned.

“captain wetin happen to you?” i asked as i settled unto the slab.

“wetin happen? Okaaaaaaaay! Da! I been go back that girl place o” he whispered.

“which babe be that?”

“the goodess na. That dog nearly killed me, na im pursue me reach junction” he said shrugging his mighty head.

He went back there? That was his own cup of lipton. I wished the dog got hold of him, you know death is better than being a Lunatic.

“so na im make Joe disturb me last night?” I sighed and rose.

“you say we dey go stream today ba?” i changed the topic.

“ya… Get one fine big stream for this villa… We dey use this path for bush here” he said pointing to a path that leads into the bush.

“wetin we dey go do ” rock asked the most stupid question for the day.

“we dey go fast and pray…carry your bible o” Joe replied.

“when are we going?” i asked.

” this morning na, you know say na morning stream the sweet pass” replied Joe.

The girls came out with polythene bags and wrapper . There were all on bumshot and a polo. Looking sexy and fresh.

My thoughts drifted to the event of last night. I smiled and walk back into the house.

“blue good morning” Becky greeted as i brushed past her.

“morning sweety” i replied. Captain glared at me.

I picked up my phone from the ground where i might have mistakenly kept last night. I was so surprised to see 10 miss calls. Emily called 3times. Rebecca 2 times and emem 3 times. Chinyere called once and…… Aminat called? Aminat? The only that got 1st class in bedmatic and sexelology. I did a mental plan of calling chinyere back but for now, aminat must be called. She was my only love back then in season 1.

My phone placed against my ears, anticipating her sweet melodious voice. My heart skipped a beat when her voice rang through. Sweet and liquidious.

“good morning. Blue?”

“baby long time…” i replied my heart racing. I had to be polite since i didn’t know the reason behind her sudden call.

“boyfriend you dont even remember me again o. You even packed out of crescent street without informing me, where you staying now?” she asked. I took a deep breath. I had to becareful not to reveal my location to her, who knows she might be sent by Mrs Sandra.

“babe, you know i called you and you refused picking. I havnt pack from crescent yet. But am not in uyo, am in Ghana presently so i….”

“keep on deceiving your self, who dash you Ghana? Why you resign sef?” she asked switching to pidgin.

“am serious. My dad sent me an errand. As for the job never mind. How is Mrs Sandra?”

“i resigned too, even Josephine. The woman handed over the company to her arrogant daughter. Shes outta country for medical reasons. Heard she’s suffering from breast cancer….”

I was shocked. Mrs Sandra breast cancer? And goodness taking over the company?

“so why did you resign? ”

“you didn’t tell me yours so why should i tell you mine? When are you coming back from your Ghana? I doubt your claims sef.”

“next week but am no longer residing in uyo again. I now stay in calabar so you go come down here. Have you forgiven me?”

“when you are back from your Ghana” she said with sarcasm. Very obvious she didn’t buy my lie. I laughed.

My phone pocketed, i strolled out of the room with my khaki short and singlet.

Outside, we gathered and set off to the stream. A place that nearly killed one of my niggers. If i only i knew what awaited me there.
