Katelyn’s POV:

Sitting by the corner of my room, I sobbed like a helpless baby. Stepdad had taken a shower and had gone out for his business meetings.

I remained where I was for the next two hours, crying bitterly after what he did to me. This wasn’t the first time he’d molested me but this was the brutall sex he’d done with me. My clothes were torn into rags and nail scratches were all over my body. I was bleeding from my eyebrow where he punched me and my cheeks were swollen.

After raping me, he gave me two choices, either I kept my mouth shut and live in his house or I talk and get thrown out with my mom. He wasn’t afraid of whatever Choice and this sickened me.

Outside my window, dark clouds were gathering. Rising to my feet, I ran to my wardrobe and threw it opened. Gathering my clothes, I threw them to my opened suitcase. Underneath my bed, I drew out my piggy bank and broke it opened. Unlike mom, I had saved enough money over the years. Mom had opened a savings account for me. In that account was #150,000. Enough for me to start a new life. My piggy bank savings just amount to #20,000.

I smiled bitterly. I’m leaving to start a new life for myself. Im leaving this godforsaken house to a better place. I don’t care how far I had to go soo long as it’s miles away from here.

Glancing at the laptop on my desk, I opened it and did a video recording with my web cam.

” Mom, in case you find this recording….” I began.
