My Wicked Mother In Law

Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 13

After Mike heard that Ken and I were living together,he was annoyed and cheesed off. He started calling me on the phone and was defaming me in our street.

He referred to me as a harlòt that I left him for his younger brother. When I heard this,I was knocked down with feather and I told Ken of the rumors I was hearing.

Ken consoled me to be strong and in his words he said: “If you listen to what people say,you won’t move”. Ken’s words motivated me and I kept deaf ears to what people were muttering.

Mike became more infuriated when the tittle-tattle ceased. He kept threatening us on the phone that he’ll totally deal with us.

Anytime he calls,Ken will instruct me instantly to put the call on record so as to hold him responsible if anything abysmal happens to us.

One day,I was coming back from the market with Ken’s car. I saw a car following me from behind,I was frightened and I kept looking at the side mirror.

The car followed me until I got to my destination. I told Ken about the event and he uttered that I should forget about it.

My breath was bated and I had a thought that Mike was going to do something terrible to us. Mike was unpredictable and will go to any extent to actualize his dreams.

At the night while I was cooking, Assassins on mask invaded our home. They throbbed Ken,shot him on his leg and shattered his head with an axe.

I was shouting but no one came to our rescue.

Immediately,I carried Ken to hospital and he nearly bite the dust.

I took the threats of Mike I had recorded on my phone to the police that he is responsible for Ken’s disfigurement together with the past events that had happened.

They arrested him and I sued him to court.
