EPISODE 11

James is busy preparing for school, he is the only one living in his house with his old nanny.
He heard the sound of the bell and paid a deaf ear to it.
“Jammy check the person at the door”. Old Victoria said with her cracking voice.
“I have told you several times, am James not jammy for fu*k sake”. He barked.
“Keep shut and check the door”. She said.
He went to the door and opened it.
“Lizzy”. He called.
“Yes that’s me”. She replied flapping her hair.
“I should have checked the door before opening it”. He said with an angry smirk.
“And am regretting it already”. He added.
“Am not here for friendship game, am here for business”. She said and sightly pushed him for her to get inside.
“Nice home”. She commented looking around the house.
“Why are you here?”. He asked dragging her out.
“Your hand hurt”. She winced.
“It seems you are here to play”. He said angrily and turned to go but she held him.
“What???”. He growled.
“Why do you always frown? smiling is not in your dictionary?”. She asked.
He hissed and removed his wrist from her hands.
“I am the fool that opened the door for you, listen and listen good, don’t you ever come to me or lay your foot in front of my house telling me trash, I don’t have or want to have any business with a bitch especially the ones that looks like you”. He spat and slammed the door on her face.
Lizzy looked her left and right before walking away.
“Thank God no one watching”. She muttered under her breath.

Everyone is in the class except Kimberly.
James and Lizzy never stop giving their self a deadly glance.
“Am not sure she will be coming”. Mabel said.
“Me too….I just”.
“Hey”. Spark interrupted Nimah.
“Am sorry, but can I see you for some minutes?”. He said.
Nimah looked at Mabel who is busy smiling, she understand what that smile mean.
She stood up and followed him.

Kim is ready for school, she checked out herself and sigh.
“Am getting lean”. She murmured holding her tummy.
She packed her hair into pony tail and smiled.
“My long time hairstyle”.
She walked to the to greet Anika.
“Granny….”. She called hitting her slightly.
“Anika….”. She called again.
“What’s wrong”. She wondered.
She dropped her bag on the floor and knelt down to face her.
“Granny, are you still angry at me? Am sorry, I won’t get into trouble again not even a fight….please wake up”. She cried but still no respond.
She slapped her cheek softly….”Anika”. She called.
Kim look at her.”Seems she doesn’t want to talk to me, but even at that, Nika won’t ignore me”. She thought .
Kim placed her head on Nika chest.
“No…no…granny, please wake up”. She shouted and it called the attention of their neighbors.
They all rushed in, the one with cellphone called the ambulance.
The ambulance appeared and Nika was rushed in.
Without wasting time they arrived at the hospital and she was attended to.
Kimberly had already cried out her eyes. It is now red and swollen. Even her hair looked tattered.
She kept moving from one edge to another, her head is also aching her.
“Miss Kimberly,to the doctor’s office please”. A male nurse said.

“Welcome dear,you can have your sit”. Rose said.
“Ma….I don’t want to sit, how is my granny doing?”. Kimberly cried.
Rose pitied her, she walked up to her.
“She is going to be fine, I have taken care of everything”. Rose said patting her back.
Kim eyed widen.
“Really?”.
“Yes,she has a kidney failure but dear trust me everything will be fine”. Rose assured.
“Kidney what??”
“Darling…I said everything will be fine”….
