Anita’s POV
The following morning i woke up around 5 o’clock, after some talk with the Doctor, we were told that Abbey will be discharged today, so we shall all be going home together once all necessary payment is been made.

After some hours, then he was awake already, so Mrs Linda went to pay the necessary payment and also bought some medicine that was been prescribed for us by the doctor, we got home around 4pm in the evening, after some drives we parked at the parking slot, then the security guard came to inform us that some Arm robbers came inside the house last night, that was the night we were in the hospital with Abbey, he told us that they came with guns and some others instruments, at then Mrs Linda was very scared to hear about it, the report said that they didn’t come in through the gate, so maybe they jumped in he said, seriously i was also scared to hear about it, Amaka on the other hand was just wondering, what should we do she ask, let call the police I suggest which Mrs Linda later went ahead to do, we all went back inside the car as we drove to the direction that leads to the police station, we got there to meet some officer, Mrs Linda explain everything that was been told by the gateman to one of the officer who called himself Inspector Bayo, he promised that they will come with us to see all the damages that was been made by the gang and promised that there will be enough security to guard the house, later that evening we went with two police officers who came to see the house, we got home around 6 o’clock that evening, we parked at the parking slot before everyone came down from the car, the police went inside to see the house, I was surprised when i opened my room, they have scattered the room, all clothes was seen on the floor, we went to Mrs Linda’s room as well, it was exactly the same but what surprises me is the fact that they couldn’t see any money despite the fact that there’s one at Mrs Linda’s room, the money was given to her by a customer who ordered for some clothes across the state, but the money was untouched despite that the house was really messed with, they scattered the room, but i think during the process maybe the bag mistakenly fell down so they didn’t see or noticed it at all, after the checking, the officers left and promised that nothing will happen again. But throughout that evening i was scared, when i remembered the paper i bought this afternoon with the heading, then my fear for thieves start to come up again, what if they come back again, what do you think would have happened, maybe they will kill, God please don’t let them come again, this was what i was saying when Abbey came inside my room, hello Anita he said, after some introduction then he went back to his room, but i noticed something about him.

What the f–k is this, how come there’s no one in this house i screamed. Then i saw Afeez asked the gateman about his boss whereabouts which he told us, we left the place immediately, after some drives we got home, I woke up around 10am in the morning, but something kept coming to my mind, what’s this feelings I said to myself, I have been feeling something bad since our arrival to that house, maybe because the house wasn’t really good Afeez said, but i knew within myself that there’s more to that, after some talk then i asked him about officer Bayo because he told me about the deal they had together that yesterday, he called me this morning he managed to answer, but i knew for sure that Afeez isn’t happy maybe because of the last operation that didn’t went well, so how much is the money I asked him, we had agreement for 5millom he said really, that’s too much how come he will be getting huge amount of money while we will be the one to go work it out, see you need to stop collecting the guns from him, the money is too much i said, I saw him laughing at me, what and why are you laughing i managed to ask him, don’t you know without those instruments we’re nothing he said, I looked at him in a way that makes him look like he’s stupid, how much is the gun itself that we cannot buy instead of you renting it for five million I said, I saw him look at me like are you serious, can we buy the gun he asked, yeah we can, all we need is to get connected to the seller, we can find them if we keep searching I said. Okay that will be the best thing to do, so what do you think about the house I asked, which house he asked me, the one we went to last night, I managed to answer, but then he told me that we shall be going back there tonight, really, are you crazy, no we can’t, not even this week I concluded. Then he went outside the room, after some minutes I picked my phone as i dial Sandra’s number, it rang like four times but she wasn’t picking up, maybe she’s busy i said as i continue watching the TV program, around 1 o’clock in the afternoon then i heard a voice from the neighborhood, what the hell is going on outside, I went outside to see for myself, then i saw two person arguing I can’t believe it was a sport arguments God so this people had been disturbing me with their noises so i went to meet the guy shouting, hello, you’re disturbing others i said ,then one of them replied me, who be dis one he replied, really, am i your mate, can’t imagine small boy like him telling me who I’m. I gave him a slap, I thought that’s all not until i saw them coming out in bundles, before i knew it, I was already on the floor the guys had started beating me, but God i never did anything, this was still going on when i saw one of the guy coming with a knife, I tried stopping him but he was fast to shook me at the back of my head. Then blood has started coming out from there, I think they noticed, so they all left me and run away i struggled to stand up but seriously i lost it, that was all i could remembered.
