Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 16

I opened my eyes slowly to the early morning sun coming in from the window of my room, my room?. How come i’m in my room?…i was supposed to be in the love garden now!..and here i am lieing on the bed. I struggled to get up and a sharp pain tore through my head and i groaned falling back to the bed.

“Easy son..you had better get some rest”

I heard Tony’s voice from somewhere accompanied with sound of clanging mugs, guess hes making tea.

“How did i get here?…i was at the park with Kate” i asked Tony as he came into the room with two cups in his hands. I wasnt even sure if what i said was real or not.

“well” he put down the cups “after you left, i waited for an hour and you didnt return but your tracker was still on but you werent moving, so i thought you might be hooked up or captured so i traced you to the park where i found you down”

Slowly, things started coming back to my head and like a mad man, i shouted.

“Kate!”…”where is she”

I began to strain my neck towards the window in search of kate but Tony’s hand stopped me.

“Steve calm down, there is no kate!…you were alone!”

I sank back on to my bed covering my face with my hands.

“No, we were together yesterday and she told me what all this was about……” and so i told Tony everything.

“Dan uhn?…hmmmm…”

“You know him?”

“He runs the JETHOLD and well they’ve been running with us on issues even till now about the Tiang project, never knew he would go into the spy thing.”

I stared into nothing with heavy thoughts on my mind..

“What do we do Tony?”

“well, we dont know how much they know about us, if Kates been feeding them intels only her would know their next line of action”

“But shes gone” i felt sorry for what i said to her.

“Do you think shes still alive?…i mean you know, Dan wouldn’t spare her life knowing fully well that shes let the cat out of the bag”

“No..he wouldnt kill her..not yet atleast.” i said that full of hope also, i hadnot seen her being taken away the previous day rather she went off on her own.

I was still in my thoughts when Tony’s voice rang again

“Is there any way we can reach her?”

I looked at Tony with a smile on my lips

“always have a plan B..’memba you taught me that”

I dragged myself off my bed while Tony just looked confused.

I got out my phone, turned on my locator and with the i.p adress of the tracker i had put on Kate when we kissed the previous day, i located her in a blink of an eye.

“i must say i’m amazed at your Plan B” tony clapped walking over to my side.

“well, her signal is still blinking green and its still in her house ,i guess shes okay”

“well then, lets talk to her”

Suddenly like i was out of a trance …

“wheres sparrow???”

Before Tony could speak, i heard him barking furiously at the gate like hell was let loose.

Quickly, Tony and i hurried to the window looking from upstairs if there was anyone but we couldn’t get a good view.

I turned to Tony with my heart racing hay-wire.

“we have cameras on the roof right?”

“Yeap…i installed two or three”

“Patch it in lets see what we’ve got” sparrow was still barking and the person at the gate was still knocking.

Tony swerved into action immediately connecting the servers of the cameras into the computer in my room and in no time we got a better view.

At the gate, stood a man about 30 years of age and with his outfit one could easily know hes a pizza boy or man but somehow he dosent fit as he dosent have a cap and you know, the cloth seems like a regular cloth not a official cloth.

“Tony, did you order in?”

I turned to Tony whose eyes was still fixed on the computer.

“I did actually but i called it off!”

I began to think otherwise.

“its past five minutes and hes still ringing..Tony…”

I gave tony a questioning look and he understood what i meant once.

“please zoom in the video”

Tony zoomed in and then my eye caught something. Quickly, i moved closer to the computer…

“Tony, i know this guy!”

Tony looked at me in shock

“You know him?”

I was about explaining when my mobile rang up.

I picked up and behold, it was my admirer. I switched the call to a loud mode for Tony to hear also, i signalled him to keep the fake pizza boy on hold then the “shadow” spoke.
