Me. Sorry ma I have been sleeping,,
Miss Sandra. You know I thought you will never come again,, but all the same welcome tony

Me. Thanks ma,,

Miss Sandra. Please take that jss3 exam and help me mark tell all if you can,,

She just put her head down and concentrated on her the marking she was doing,, I took the one she asked me and started marking them through her own correction she gave me,,

We both kept mute to each other doing our work,, the suddenly she broke the silence.

Miss Sandra. Tony you know you did very well on you biology,, am so surprised at your abilities ever since you entered this school,,

Me. Thanks ma,,

Miss Sandra. Don’t thank me tony,, just keep going higher and don’t let us regret knowing you,, because we are already proud of you,,

Me. Ok ma.

Miss Sandra. I want to go take my bath now,, make sure you finish that jss3 exam,, and when ever you feel tasty,, feel free to go to the fridge and take something ok,,

Me. Ok

Miss Sandra. Good, I will be right back,,

She left immediately, then I concentrated on what was doing,, after like 20 minutes, I heard her bath room door open again showing that she was done with bathing,, and am almost done with the marking, in another 20 minutes she came out with a while rugged bum short and an arsenal jersey, she looked at me relaxing on the chair,,

Miss Sandra. Are you done?

Me. Yes ma,

Miss Sandra. So fast ,, that good,, its 6 already, wait let me get you something to eat before you go,,

Me. No ma, don’t worry I want to rush back to see my team,, we are having a rehearsal for the debate and its time already,,

Miss Sandra. No tony its not good you didn’t take anything the first day you came to my house,,

Me. Dont worry ma,, i will come back tomorrow,

Miss Sandra. Ok lets do it this way, you will take water and also promise me on coming back tomorrow, because I will be having very nice present for you tomorrow,,

Me. Ok ma, I promise,, I cross my heart ma,,

I took a cold water from her fridge and walk to the door,, while she kept looking at me,
Till I was out of her room,, then bangs the door,,

Got to our room,, Dan wasn’t in,, chuks was on the reading table busy with his dictionary that he didn’t even noticed when I came inside the room,,

Me. Paddy you dey prepare hard for this jss1 oo,, remember say them be your junior,,

Chuks. Oh you are in,, did ss2 count us as their junior when they were throwing us bomb??

Me. Were is Daniel??,,

Chuks. In the bathroom,, and where are you coming back from??

Me. Miss Sandra’s house,,

Dan. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat (from the bathroom)

Chuks. Miss sandra again….. (turns to me with a surprise look)
