TONY

Man, there’s nothing better than being with the woman of your dreams… Ever since Linda and I had a little tango, I’ve been crazy about her… All I could think about is her… Not a day goes by, I don’t think about her… Funke had already become a distant dot in my mind, I was no longer interested in the b*tch… Some may consider my actions to be selfish and cruel but let’s face it… I wasn’t drawn to her because of love, it was because of Lust, Funke is like every man’s fantasy lady but no sensible would want to marry a woman like that, as for Linda… Oh la la, She’s a different entity all together, everything a man wants in a woman,she’s got it, but there’s something that draws me to her and that’s her decency and calmness, she has this sweetness and warmness around her like a ray of sun shine, every man wants a woman like that, a woman that chill and softened guys like us..

Linda wasn’t as enthusiastic as I was, don’t get me wrong.. I know she likes me, she entices me to do what we did last time, but after that, She was back to her old self.. But we still talked and do the things we usually do. But I could no longer stay put around her.. Whenever I got a chance, I would make a pass at her.. She tried to make me stop, but it’s too late, after what we did, I don’t think I’ll ever stop… I must have her.. One way or another..

Faruk was excited when I told him about my development with Linda, we even went out and celebrate.

Faruk So how about Linda? Is she you know interested?

Tony No, she hasn’t decided yet.. She’s still eyeing my engagement with Funke, says she doesn’t want to be the cause of someone’s unhappiness.

In that moment, My phone rang… I checked the caller and saw an unknown number… I answered the call to hear who it was.

Tony Hello, who’s this?

.

Stranger This is Tony, yes?

.

Tony You’re speaking to him… Who are you and how did you get this number?

.

Stranger I have a surprise for you… Come to #Envoy_hotel and see what’s in store for you…

Tony Why?

.

Stranger Trust me.. You’ll thank me later.. Just go and see for your self.. You have 20 minutes to get there..

After that, the stranger ended the call, I was baffled and surprised… What was there in envoy hotel… Faruk asked what happened and I told him everything.

Faruk Hmm, it’s fishy all right.. But let’s go see what it is..

Tony Are you sure? I don’t like this man.. It could be a trap.

Faruk Relax, we’ll just stay in the car, nobody will know we’re there.

Tony Okay then.. Let’s go..

Faruk and I entered my car and drove to the hotel, just as I as we got there, A black car pulled in front of the hotel and to our surprise, we saw Funke and one old man, the old man reached out and grabbed Funke’s a** when nobody was looking.. After that, we went into the hotel.

I couldn’t believe what just happened… Was that really Funke? We parked our cars and followed them into the hotel..

Funke and the man proceeded to the receptionist and after that, they headed straight to their suite… Faruk wanted us to follow them and see the action but I refused.

We later went out of the hotel and went back to the car… To be honest, I was pissed off, really pissed off realizing, I almost got married to a street b*tch… But the good thing about this is.. This will be a perfect opportunity to get rid of her.. As we were about to drive off, That strange number called again and I answered the call.

Tony Hello?

.

Stranger Have you seen the surprise?

.

Tony Yeah I did.. Thanks by the way.. That was a real eye opener.

.

Stranger So what now?

.

Tony Now… I want you to f–k off… Don’t ever call this number again.

.

I ended the call and switched off the phone.. Faruk stared at me for a while before asking me what was my next plan of action.

Faruk So what are you going to with Funke?

.

Tony Oh.. That Olosho is definitely leaving my house but before that happens, she’s going to get a take of her own bitter medicine.
