”Thank u my son for forgiving us”,Mrs patient said smiling ”thank u so much my in-law”, Mr Pete also said smiling ”no prob!! I will be going now I have alots of things to do! my love come and give me a leg”, Charles said ”ok my love”,nana replied and held Charles hand ”my son why going so soon? u just arrived and u want to leave so soon? why not relax let me get u something to eat”, Mrs patient said ”no mama am very much ok! I will eat when I come some other time”, Charles said ”wat about drink? won’t u atleast drink something chilled! u know the weather is so hot”, Mr Pete said ”no papa I don’t need anything for now! let leave that when next I come, I have alots of work at hand, am sorry”, Charles said and made to leave when the door flunged opened as Sandra walked in sweating real hard ”aaaah uncle Charles u came to visit us today? Sandra said looking at his leg

”yes my dear! so how are u doing? Charles asked ”am fine o! I can see u are also fine? but uncle Charles wat happened to ur legs? I thought u were crippled?Sandra asked confusedly still looking at his legs ”it a long story”, Charles said ”sandra don’t worry I will explain to u when I comes back”, nana said as Sandra nodded ”but uncle Charles! nothing for the girls! at all at all na witch o”,Sandra said smiling ”u are such a funny girl Sandra”, Charles said dipped his hand in his pocket, brought out two thousand naira and gave it to Sandra who happily collected it and thanked Charles very much, after everything, Charles later bid them goodbye and left with nana escorting him.

Three weeks later, Charles and nana later tied the knot, as nana started living with him as his wife, immediately they got married, Charles fulfilled his promise he made to her by buying her the latest car in town, nana on seeing the brand new car started jumping up and down in excitement ”my love thank u very much for this wonderful gift u gave to me! thank u”, nana said and kissed him lightly on the lips

”but my problem now is that I don’t know how to drive a car? nana said worrying ”that is not a problem! I will call someone that will teach u! so my love! u don’t have a problem with that ok”, Charles said ”ok”, nana replied as they hugged tightly.

As time goes on, nana took in, two months after she took in, her troubles and complain started, she almost turned Charles into her houseboy ”charles! Charles! oh my God where is this man? Charles”, she shouted as Charles was seen running towards her direction ”where were u when I was shouting ur name? nana asked almost in tears ”oh there u come again! why the tears now! I was in the kitchen preparing the rice and egg sauce u requested for”, Charles said ”u know wat? leave it I don’t need it again! pls help me go to the eatery down the road and get me meatpie and vanilla ice cream, pls now”, nana ordered ”so wat about the rice? am almost done with it”, Charles said ”i said I don’t need it, u can eat it or throw it away”, nana said ”ok let me go get dress so I can get u the meatpie and ice cream u requested for”, Charles said

”no u can go like this!u are fit to go”, nana said ”i should go like this? this woman are u ok? I should go down the street almost half naked just because I want to get u snacks! u are not serious! u see that am putting on boxers and singlet and u are telling me to go out like that! u don’t have conscience at all”, Charles angrily said to nana who made a face ready to cry ”ok am sorry! but consider me na? I can’t go out with only boxers and singlet pls”, Charles said ”go like this if u don’t want me to cry? nana insist ”ok have heard u madam”, Charles said, pick up his car key and was about walking away when nana stopped him ”wat is it again na? Charles asked ”u know wat? forget about the ice cream! I need fried fish”, nana said

”u know wat nana! I have told my agent to look for a maid for u, and he said the maid will be coming here in two days time, that a maid is not the problem! haba! am tired of running errands boy for u”, Charles said ”that is good of u but I still need the fried fish”, nana said as Charles stood up heading towards the kitchen, ”add some little spicy on it and make it pepperish o my love”, nana shouted ontop of her voice but got no response.

Two days later, Charles and nana was sitting on the couch gisting, drinking some juice and the same time waiting for the new maid, twenty minutes later, they heard a knock on the door, ”that must be the maid! come in the door is opened”, nana shouted ontop of her voice, just then the door flunged opened and the maid walked in holding a nylon, lol and behold, it was flora,..flora on seeing nana almost fell but managed to stood on her ground.
