What a life… Working hard all these years to get to where I am today sure paid off… Success is sure better and exciting when you work for it, Instead of cheating your way into it… But let’s not forget.. Working without a little prayer never works.. In the end, I thank God for making my future a bright one .

My name is Julia… A woman of 31 and a CEO of my own pharmaceutical company called AMTEX PHARMACY CO. , I have no parents, they died when I was young, so my uncle Reginald took me in and raised me up to be woman I am today.

My uncle was very strict with me, I wasn’t allowed to hang out and have any social life with other kids when I was young, the only companion I had were my books, He made me study regularly but he gave me time to relax, and apart from that, He focused on teaching me proper manners, on how to approach and respect people, My uncle bought me up in a strict and no nonsense manner, thus transforming me into a very serious individual.

Because of the way I was brought up, I had no friends and I always paid attention to my work, I had no time to live the life like the others and I wasn’t interested in doing so,… Because of my devotion to work, I had no healthy relationship with men.. My first boyfriend ended things between us, because I was always paying more attention to work than him.. To be honest, he was boring and a terrible lover, he couldn’t last 5 mins in bed… My second Lover was one of my drivers in my company and his name is Jack…

Jack was different guy altogether he wasn’t the kind of guy I usually have interest in but there was something attractive about him.. He has this mysterious cool look on his face that turns a woman on, plus he’s charming.. He was quite tall and well built, dark, bold, active and energetic… I wouldn’t go into details of how we hooked up but he was definitely a man.. The first time we had sx, Jack gave me more than I bargained for.. It took a while before they were able to throw me out of company cause before he was thrown out, He had knocked out 3 guards to a state of coma..

The men I dated after Jack were nothing but pure shit and worthless men.. All they wanted from me was my money, and the worst part is they weren’t good enough in bed either … Every night I would finger myself thinking about Jack’s d*ck inside me… Though I hate to admit it, I’ve missed his touch and how well he’s handled me. He was the only man that knew my weak spots..

During working hours, I could barely concentrate in work cause I’m always h—y and sexually starved, because of that my shirt always get soaked with my breast milk….You may find this awkward but it isn’t… Everyone has some kind of genetic illness or disease, well mine was galactorrhea. This happens when I’m h—y or excited and when that happens my breasts leaks out milk.. I’ve visited the doctors and they said it’s no serious thing and I shouldn’t worry about it…

So after dating one worthless man to another, I decided to stop dating men and focus my attention on my work.. Everything worked out nicely but it all changed when I met Marcus.

Marcus is my employee and a very serious one at that, He always dedicate his time to work hard and succeed plus he’s quite an ambitious fellow.. Some months after he started working in my company, I rewarded his efforts and made him my Executive manager of the company… He was pleased and thanked me for the offer… With time, we began to fancy one another and shortly after that we became a couple…

Marcus was quite good in bed but he could never meet up to the standards of Jack.. Marcus was quite manageable, at least half bread is better than none but he had never made me c-m.. Well, I didn’t care about that cause sex wasn’t all that makes a man.. Marcus was smart, kind and a hard worker..Unlike the other guys who couldn’t bear with me in terms of my work, Marcus and I see eye to eye in terms of work.. We focused on our work serious and we managed to maintain our relationship because of how busy we don’t usually have time to be intimate with one another.. But since then, Things have been going quite well.

One Monday morning, I woke up feeling quite a bit strange, I stretched myself on my bed for a while before I got out, after that, I wore my jogging outfit and went for a mile run ? around my house, 30 mins later, I felt exhausted and tired, I went back into the house and took my bath, Having a cold shower ? after an exercise is sure thrilling and it keeps your body lively…

After that, I made myself some breakfast and then wore my clothes… I always loved reading the news ? on my phone whenever I eat breakfast, I just can’t do without it… Whilst I was reading the news, I saw a headline which talked about the economy inflation.. That’s just Nigeria for you , everyday inflation increases… How do this government expect people with lesser income to cope? Life is hard and they should at least consider this people but no… All these bastards think about is making money.. That’s why good people have become thieves and kidnappers over night . May God help us all.

Immediately I was done with breakfast, I prayed to God silently in my mind asking him to protect me from anything or anyone who wishes me ill misfortune and to bring me home back safely.. After that, I took my car keys and drove to work…

Minutes later, I arrived at my company ?, I parked my car and went into the building to start today’s work… As I was walking to my office, my colleague and secretary, Gina, intercepted me.

Gina ➡ Good morning..

Julia ➡ Good morning, Gina.. How’s your night?

Gina ➡ It was fun… Yours?

..

Julia ➡ Manageable..

.

Gina ➡ Hmm, well anyways… You have a meeting with the B. O. D.. and you have a press conference this afternoon and you have a trip to Abuja tomorrow to open the new branch of AMTEX.

Julia ➡ Okay anything else.

.

Gina ➡ No..

.

Julia ➡ Good, thanks for keeping me posted.

.

After that I went in straight into my office.. Moments later, My boyfriend Marcus came into my office, surprising me with a gift of flowers and chocolate boxes.

Marcus ➡ Morning beautiful.

.

Julia ➡ Morning handsome..

.

Marcus ➡ Here.. These are for you.

.

Julia ➡ Oh my gosh.. Thank you honey.. What’s the reason behind this? It’s not my birthday or our anniversary.

.

Marcus ➡ Yes.. I just bought them to shoe you how much you mean to me.

.

Julia ➡ Oh Marcus.. I love you.

.

I went over to his side and we shared a kiss, Marcus held me tight fumbling my ass cheeks, he kissed my neck softly making me moan, in that moment I felt milk dripping out of my breasts so I quickly stopped Marcus before it was too far, I can’t afford to stain myself this morning.

Marcus ➡ Babe.. What’s wrong?

Julia ➡ Nothing Marcus.. We just have sex.. not right now.

Marcus ➡ But it’s been a while since we had one. Come on Julia, I know you want this too..

Marcus ➡ Alright then, I understand.. So have you read the news about the inflation.

Julia ➡ Yes.. So?

Marcus ➡ Our competitors are increased the price of their stock as well.. We should do the same..

Julia ➡ Why?

.

Marcus ➡ We too need to be in the zone.. With the way people are buying our stock, I’m sure they wouldn’t mind about the price increase plus, we’ll get more money.

Julia ➡ I see.. So I believe the board brought this up..

.

Marcus ➡ Yes.. We’re just waiting for your approval..

.

In that moment, Gina bursted into my office, Marcus and I were startled by her sudden entry.

Julia ➡ Jesus! Gina..

.

Gina ➡ Sorry ma… I didn’t mean enter rudely.. By the way the board is here.

.

Julia ➡ Okay.. I’ll be on my way.. Marcus let’s go.

.

Marcus and I soon left the office and went to the meeting room, I still couldn’t get over what Marcus said… Increasing our the price of our stock just because inflation has risen.. What nonsense.. Why should I do that and besides our earnings won’t be affected by this inflation… The sole reason why I opened this company was so I could help people, and how am going to do that if I increase the price of my stock.. That’s just being greedy and selfish… I won’t allow any BOD to tell me how to run my company.

As we got into the meeting room, everyone took their seats and after that the meeting began… The BOD didn’t waste time in expressing themselves about their need to increase the price of our stock.. After they were done, I told them own decision.

Julia ➡ I’ve heard your proposal about the increase and I’ve made my decision.. There will no increase in the prices.. We’ll manage with the way the prices are.

.

BOD 1 ➡ But Dr. Julia… This is an opportunity for us to make more money.

.

Julia ➡ This company already has enough money.. I won’t increase the price of our stock just because others have increased theirs…

.

BOD 2 ➡ But..

.

Julia ➡ Enough, if there’s nothing else to discuss, I think this meeting is over and my decision is final.

.

After that, Each of the BOD left the office one by one feeling disappointed.. As soon as they were gone Marcus confronted me showing his displeasure.

Marcus ➡ Julia! What’s the meaning of this?

.

Julia ➡ What?

.

Marcus ➡ How could you do that?…. This is an opportunity for us to be winners, for us to make money… Do you have any idea on what you’ve just walked out on?

.

Julia ➡ I don’t care.. This is my company and I make the decisions here.. This company will do fine without us increasing the price.

.

Marcus ➡ You can’t do this…

.

Julia ➡ I can.. And better watch your mouth… I’m your boss.

.

Marcus kept quiet after that, seconds later he walked out of the room fuming in anger.. In that moment, Gina came in and reminded that the press was waiting for me outside.. I prepped myself up and went out to meet them.

OMNISCIENT_POV

Here in AMTEX building… The BOD members gather in another room discussing as they all feel displeased about Julia’s decision.. Whilst they were discussing, Marcus shows up into the room.

Marcus ➡ Can you all believe what that snobby b*tch did? Can’t you all kick her out of the company?

.

BOD 1 ➡ It doesn’t work like that.. This isn’t like other companies..

.

Marcus ➡ God! I hate that b*tch… AMTEX is one of the best pharmacist company in Nigeria and our products are mostly purchased and used in the country… Emotions has no place in a business.. Who cares if some people can’t afford the prices, if they can’t someone will.. Julia doesn’t deserve this company… It’s time this company got someone who’s capable someone who thinks and breathes money.

After Marcus says that, The BOD look at each other and consult Marcus about something sinister.

.

BOD 1 ➡ Marcus.. How would you like to be the next CEO of AMTEX?

.

Marcus ➡ Sure… But Julia is still CEO…

.

BOD 2 ➡ Not for long… You see.. We’ve already made plans to get rid of her.. She’ll be traveling to Abuja tomorrow and we’ve hired a driver who will take her there, We’ve already hired some assassins to get rid of them. Once she’s gone.. You’ll be the next CEO..

.

Marcus ➡ But.. Isn’t there any legal issue or paperwork that is required? I can’t be CEO if she hasn’t assigned me to be one after her..

.

BOD 3 ➡ Don’t worry… We have the papers and documents and we can forge her signature to make you the next CEO.. Your relationship with him will make it even easier..

.

Marcus ➡ So then tomorrow she dies and I become the next CEO… What’s the catch?

.

BOD 1 ➡ All we want is increase in our salaries… That’s what we want… So do we have a deal?

.

Marcus ➡ Absolutely….

.

Meanwhile After the press conference… Julia comes back into her office to relax, the moment she sits on her chair, Gina enters the office.

Gina. ➡ Mrs. Julia…

.

Julia ➡ What is Gina?

.

Gina ➡ Uhm… Your flight to Abuja won’t be possible cause I just checked with the airline and there’s no plane going to Abuja tomorrow…

.

Julia ➡ No plane?… God.. So how am I supposed to get to Abuja tomorrow?

.

Gina ➡ Well,.. You could travel by car at least you can get there in time if you get a good driver.

.

Julia ➡ Drive? All the way to Abuja… Gosh…

.

Gina ➡ Well, you have to show up in Abuja.. It’s very important that you do..

.

Julia ➡ Okay fine.. I will take a car then.. But make sure you get a good driver..

.

Gina ➡ Don’t worry, everything will be taken care of.

..

After that Gina leaves the office and shortly after she goes out, Marcus enters the office.. Julia pays no attention to him, she sits on her desk looking at the ceiling undisturbed.

Marcus ➡ Look, I’m for what happened earlier. I shouldn’t have talked to you the way I did.

.

Julia ➡ It’s all right Marcus.. I don’t want us to fighting over business like this.. Our relationship means so much more.

Marcus ➡ You’re right.. So I heard you’re traveling to Abuja?

.

Julia ➡ Yes. I’d like you to come as well… What do you say?

.

Marcus ➡ The offer is quite tempting but no… Someone has to stay and ensure the smooth running of this company….You go and handle things in Abuja, I’ll be here to keep everything in order…

.

Julia ➡ Thanks Marcus… I’ll promise to make it up to you when I get back.

Marcus ➡ Of course you will. I’ll be looking for to it.
