Adediwura Nice is his name buh he preferred been called Whizzy right frm his university days (story for anoda time).

He walked outta his room, brush his black trouser to remove the specks of dirts tht somehow escaped the brushing he did dis morni.

He ‘edited’ the polo of his designer long sleeved dress and walked back into his room to check his replica in the mirror. Satisfied he shrugged and left and locked his room.

He was partly bouyant and partly sad, firstly bcos today’s his fwend’s bday and partly bcos he’s not sure of wah to say to cheer up his fwend.

He shaked his head absentmindedly and mumbled some wrds incoherently sometins abt him pityin his fwend, he can’t envisage wah he would hve done if he’s in tht position buh his vewi sure of one tin, his fwend wouldn’t desert him if he wre to be in this position and he wouldn’t do xo for him to. He smiled wen he remembered how good his fwend has been to him,

‘Nife se eniyan’ Nife is a good person, he said partly aloud.

He decided to try his best to cheer Niphemi up wen he gets to him and also pondering on how best he’s gonna mke this bday a befitting one for his fwend.

He ‘downloaded’ and application of smile and forcefully installed it as he entered his fwend’s compound, he stopped in his tracks wen he saw his fwend sitting down dejected and lost in his thought. The forcefully installed smile evaporizes immediately buh he tried to fnaw at the crumbs jex to look not tht dejected b4 his fwend buh he’s not good at maskin his feelings, he knws he’s the emotional type.

He mustered all the courage he could as he moved to the shrunken frame of his fwend b4 him.

‘Good morning, olojo ibi’ birthday celebrants he said

Buh he didn’t relent ‘happy birthday to yhu, happy birthday to yhu Nife, happy birthday to yhu….’ He croaked

He wasn’t expectin this reception atall. Now he knws somefin is really wrong.
