Anika and Zara waited impatiently as Rose treat jamal.
Zara moved from one edge to another. Anika walked up to her and brought her to sit.
“Calm down, trust God and Rose, they will both make him live again, okay?”. She said. The only thing zara could do was to cry.
“What will you do when Kimberly finds out you aren’t her mother?”. Zara asked all of a suddenly.
Anika began to pick her nails, showing that she’s nervous.

“I will ask for her forgiveness, if she does, I will move to Germany and begin a new life, maybe I should adopt another child or children, but if she doesn’t, I will also move out of the country but i won’t like my life, because i will make sure i live it in a miserably way. I mig…”.
“That’s enough”. Zara interrupted her.
“You’re such a straightforward person, thanks for raising our daughter”. She add.
“Dau…”. She was interrupted by rose footsteps.
The expression on her face was unreadable.
Zara ran to her.
“How is my son doing?”. She asked straightaway.
Anika stood up and joined her.
“We…”. Rose said and paused.
“You did what?”. Zara half yelled.
“Yeh, rose tell us what is wrong”. Anika added.
“We save him”. Rose said beaming with smiles.
Zara body system calm down, it was like they poured a cold water from her head to her toe.
She hugged Rose and muttered something inside her ear.

“Are you guys practicing lesbianism?”. Anika teased.
“Call it what you want, thanks dear”. Zara replied breaking the hug.
“Can we go and see him”. She asked.
“Not so soon, let settle Kimberly’s own first”. Rose said.
Zara accepted but deep down she wasn’t pleased with that answer, she badly want to see her son.
Anika walked behind them with guilt till they entered the car.

Kimberly is sitting in the parlour with her head on Tony’s lap.
Rest of the guys had gone home, the welcome party couldn’t be done.
The news of lizzy and Geoffrey,including jamal had been the talk of the town even on all TV channels.
Tony switched off the television so she won’t cry again.
He stroked her hair as she held tight to his lap.
The door opened revealing the Women.
Kimberly gently raised up her up. She sat up and placed her head on Tony’s shoulder.
Rose,Anika and Zara sat together on the three sitters chair.
“Mum what’s going on?”. Tony asked seriously.
They all looked at each other feelings awkward.
“Is jamal also dead?”. Kimberly asked.
“No, your brother is a live”. Zara said unknowingly.

“Brother? I don’t have a brother, am asking about a friend”. Kimberly said confusingly.
“Yes, I know he was your friend but later turned out to be your brother”. Zara said.
“Ma’am, am not in the mood for that now”. Kimberly said and faced Anika.
“Grandma Is my friend alive? He’s not dead right?”.Kimberly asked facing anika.
“Ask your mother”. Anika said and look away.
“Nika stop this, you said my mother died in a plane crash”. Kimberly said feeling mocked.
“And I found out this woman here is your mother”. Anika replied.
“Why is she harsh on her?”. Rose wondered.
“Baby, calm down, just listen to what I want to say”. Rose interfered.
She began to explain everything to Kimberly, now everybody is in tears.
By the time she finished, Kimberly stood up to go, but Tony held her.

She looked at Anika and cried more.
“Is that why you have been crying since all this why? Is that why you made me stay here because the Anika I know will never let me out of her sight?”. She said crying out.
Rose gave Tony a sign to leave her hands. Anika walked to her and sat beside her.
“I did this because I know a day will come that you will meet your family. Christabel, am sorry, am really sorry. I don’t mind if you slap me or just behead me, I won’t mind”. She cried.
Kimberly faced tony and chuckled as she cried.
“This is crazy, or just I say fate is crazy. I got jealous of myself, I turned out to be your lost love, and now am here as your second love, isn’t it crazy? I promise to find you Christabel without knowing I’m the Christabel. I fell inlove with Jamal without knowing he’s my brother. This still looks like a twist of fate to me”. She said and went to Zara.

She touched Zara face as new set of tears roll out of her eyes.
“Am just seeing my face in yours, you knew am your daughter so long? Is that why you started at me all the time? Is that why you always want to get closer to me? The day you saw that birth mark on my body, you were shocked, why? You called me girle was it because am your daughter?”. She asked the question at a time.
“Am sorry for not searching for you, it was Geoffrey that confused all us, am sorry”. Zara said.

“Now I know my mum, but I can’t live with you mummy, please let me continue staying with my grandma”. Kimberly begged.
Zara was surprised that Kimberly will accept her mind.
“Yes you can”. She replied and they hugged each other.
She went to Kimberly and hugged her too.
“I need some space”. She said and went outside.
“She is mad at us”. Rose said facing Tony.
Tony sighed and went outside to meet her.
“I think I should follow him”. Rose stood up but they stopped her.
“Let them solve it by themselves”. Anika said.

Kimberly let out her tears, she sat beside the pool imagining all sort of sh*t she and Anika passed through all because of Geoffrey.
“This life is cruel”. She said.
Tony came and sat beside her.
She did as if she didn’t see him not until he touched her.
“I think I said I need some space?”. She said still not facing him.

“Are you mad at us all? I know you’re. We are truly sorry. Christabel, I never knew the man I took as my father was a monster, I lost so many things because of him. My life because miserable because of him, but since I know you, everything changed, Kimberly please don’t change towards me because of my foster father, am begging you”. Tony said.
“Tony”. She called finally looking at him.
“I lost my memory, I can’t even remember my childhood life, I can’t remember my childhood dream, everything is ruined everything!”. She half yelled.

“Am sorry, baby don’t punish me for the things I didn’t do, this man in question isn’t my father, we both lose something precious. Berly let stop acting childish”. He said calmly.
Kimberly looked at him and hissed.
“I will forgive you, if my brother ask me to”. She replied and left.
“Brother? Wait, she mean jamal? Darn it”. He ranted.
